Wool

Wool is one of the five principle resources in Catan. When a pasture's corresponding number is rolled, any player who has a settlement or a city adjacent to it receives wool. for a settlement, for a city. Wool is primarily used for building settlements and development cards. However, it has other uses depending what expansions are used, such as building ships in Catan: Seafarers.
